I cannot get Turbulence FD to with Redshift

I don't have access to any of the channels when using the Redshift Volume shader, they are all greyed out.
I have checked a few You Tube tutorials and they should be available and i have tried with the Turbulence demo files and still thew same

Iam using the latest version of C4D R20, the latest version of Redshift (2.6.42) and the latest version of Turbulence FD (1445) on Windows 10

Am i missing something can somebody help??

Hi,

I donĀ“t know if this is still a question, but you need a light with volume contribution...

Hi,

I have the same problem with C4D R21 and the latest version of Redshift (2.6.47) and the latest version of Turbulence FD (1448) on Windows 10. Any ideas?

Please make sure that you have the licensed version of TFD installed from https://jawset.com/install instead of the Learning Edition. You can identify the Learning Edition by the suffix "le" on the folder name.
If multiple versions are installed only one will be loaded. Therefore it is important to delete any previously installed Learning Edition.

When this is taken care of, please direct further Redshift specific questions to Redshift Support.
TFD handles shading related settings only for C4D's builtin renderers. All 3rd party renderers provide their own volume shaders. Thus, issues with these shaders must be sorted out with their respective support.

Thank you.
